When I started programming with analog synths, the capabilities were pretty limited. However, you can do anything now! It has really democratized music making.”
Drummer Pat’s journey from behind the kit to the front of the stage adds another layer of depth to the band’s performances. “It was a gradual process that developed organically. From there, it was just a natural progression.”
Norm, who has played with various bands like The Dumbwaiters and The Dung Beatles, noted how these experiences shaped his drumming style. “It really forced me to broaden my horizons. For example, in the Dung Beatles, I had to learn to play like Ringo! That was so far from my style, but it was a blast to learn.”
